Terms & Conditions

• The competition runs between 1 April – 13 May 2022.
• Competition ends 13 May 2022.
• Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition.
• A customer must place a bet of R5 or more on Aviator, visit hollywoodbets.mobi and opt in on the promotions page, just once, for all their bets to be entered in order to qualify for the draw.
• This competition is only available to clients who have an account with Hollywoodbets.
• Each prize includes one trip, with a partner, to their chosen destination. The choice of destinations is between Durban, Cape Town or Johannesburg.  One trip will be given away every two weeks.
• Local trip prizes won through this competition include travel, accommodation and allowances to pay for food and transfers.
• The trips include set activities and enough money for food and accommodation. Anything above this would be a cost for the winners own account.
• Winners must have a valid South African ID or local or international passport.
• Once dates for local holidays have been telephonically confirmed with winners, they are final. No amendments will be made to these dates.
• The Local holidays exclude peak seasons. (Dec-Jan)
• The holiday prizes must be redeemed in 2022.
• The holiday prizes are non-transferrable for cash.
• The winners will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.
• Entries are not limited; in order to qualify for a draw, you will need to have entered for the draw by having a qualifying bet during the competition period.
• Draw to select the winners will be done by one of the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office team members and will supervised by an internal auditor.
• All winners will be announced on the: Week 1 - 15 April; Week 2 - 29 April; Week 3 - 14 May
• The winners will be notified via SMS/ phone call.
• By entering the competition, you agree: that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition; to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners; to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your name/s and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
• A person may not win more than one prize for the duration of the competition.
• Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
• Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
• This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all the above.
• By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
• Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
• In the event of a dispute, individuals may contact their respective gambling authorities.
• This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
