Playtech fuses multipliers with live blackjack in their brand new live dealer game: Quantum Blackjack.

Playtech has rolled out their latest live dealer game: Quantum Blackjack. In a market first, this live blackjack table features multiplier prizes of up to 1,000x.

Now available at Betfair Casino pending a full site rollout - the game uses an RNG selector to choose up to three multiplier cards. If your hand contains one of these cards, your win will receive a multiplier boost.

What is Quantum Blackjack?

The new entry into the Quantum series of games builds on the main USP: huge, randomly generated multipliers. We have seen it before in Quantum Roulette - and now it's successfully implemented in blackjack form.

Before each betting round, three cards will be chosen at random to receive a multiplier of up to 10x. When the RNG multiplier selection is complete - the hand is dealt and the game proceeds.

The multipliers stack for some mind-blowing prize potential. If you have a hand with a x3 and x7 multiplier card, then you are looking at a potential x21 win. To land the 1,000x win - you will need to draw and win with three x10 multiplier cards.

Quantum Blackjack Rules

To accommodate the multiplier prizes and keep the return to player reasonable - this blackjack game features a unique rule. If a dealer busts on three cards - then that will be a push, rather than a win.

However, this rule is tweaked in the event of a player hand containing a multiplier. If a dealer busts on three cards and you have a multiplier - then you will win the hand.

As for other specifics, this table follows Vegas rules - meaning you can double up and split. This is also a single hand game of blackjack - and there's no way to see how other players are betting on the hand.

Room Design & Dealers

As far as live dealer tables go, this is an impressive looking studio setting. Neon blues contrast well against the dark background - and the table has a pleasing design. Futuristic is a good way to describe the general aesthetic.
